it's been wonderful for my brother and I to know that she has the care here that she really needs my mother and her second husband moved to Melbourne in the mid-80s and they were looking for a place where they could have a variety of types of care and way novena fit the bill she started out in a large apartment and independent living and led a very active independent life for many years recently she started getting Alzheimer's and so it's been a real benefit to our family I'm one of eight kids but we're all very pleased that she's here at pointa Vita where she has so many friends and there's so many people that have been through the same type of problem and they're so supportive she's still doing things every day there's some sort of activity even with with dementia she's still very happy and still very involved with the community I picked a great week to come down here because this is st. Patrick's Day today and little did I know there'd be a huge party and even though my mother's an assisted-living she's part of that party point of view our residents really have a good time not just on the st. Patty's Day but pretty much you know you're all year round there they really enjoy life the great thing about Buena Vida is there is a continuum of care she has what she needs for the rest of her life it has provided the whole family such peace of mind that we know that she's at a place where she's getting such good care it's been a great experience we really enjoyed Wayne Evita and the people here have been wonderful [Music]
