Greater Columbus PCH is a secured 24 bed facility that provides assistance to residents under our care.  

Greater Columbus PCH understand that not one care plan fits all. Greater Columbus ensures that all residents are given a plan that is tailored to their specific needs. Daily services may include anything from meal preparation, ADL support, hygiene, community integration, maintenance activities, to supervision. We will take the time to get to know each resident through companionship, assessments, and collaboration to develop an individualized care plan that fits their holistic needs.

Greater Columbus PCH specializes in caring for your loved ones. We have  experienced and trained Medical Staff (Medical Director, RN, LPN, and Pharmacy Support) and caregivers that are able to meet the holistic need of our residents. Our goal is to meet the needs of each resident by offering adequate  medical assistance, medication management, restorative care, and dietary support  to help your loved one to improve or maintain their optimal level of functioning. Allow of our team of specialized staff to meet the need of your loved one.

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent residents from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming. Our Restorative Care Program helps the resident to maintain or improve their optimal level of functioning.

Greater Columbus PCH offers games and Psycho-educational Groups to foster memory and effective coping skills. Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to residents. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.

We offer Respite Care from 7am-7pm; which also includes:

• (3) Balanced Meals & Snacks.
• Medication Management and Supervision
• Activities and Companionship
