Skilled Nursing Services will be provided to those individuals who are in a personal care home and/or is currently receiving care from the home health care agency.
A Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will follow and be under the direct supervision of the individual’s plan of care.
Such services will be provided in accordance with the scope of nursing services and will include the following:

A Companion or Sitter is a caregiver trained in the area of companionship/sitter services, household operations, including home management and housekeeping services.
