The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is helping adults 55+ maintain their independence by offering services that help simplify life! Our spacious one and two-bedroom apartment floor plans include modern finishes, ample storage space, and the option for heated garage parking. Additional amenities include access to a craft/activity room, fitness room, and ample outdoor spaces.

Tenants choose from our Independent Living or Assisted Living service packages to personalize their experience. Month-to-month leases are very popular with individuals looking to winter at our community or to reduce loneliness. Our 24/7 nursing and emergency access brings peace of mind to those who want to remain independent as long as possible.

Often after a short hospital stay due to an illness or surgery, an individual requires rehabilitation. Our Rehabilitation program will allow our residents to work with quality physical, occupational and speech therapists.

Our state-of-the-art therapy center offers a full array of equipment but is also equipped with a full service kitchen allowing residents to practice in a 'real life' environment preparing you to be successful when you go home.
