On 36 acres of land at the eastern edge of Perry, Herman L. Rowley founded our community in 1955 with a vision of making life better for his Masonic brothers and their families. We’ve been able to build upon this simple but sustainable mission, staying true to our founder’s principles of camaraderie and caring for others.
Today, Rowley Masonic Community is a thriving retirement community open to everyone. Dedicated to meeting the individual desires and needs of seniors in Iowa, we’re expanding to offer a full continuum of care including new residences, gathering spaces and innovative choices in health care.
We are a non-profit, continuing care retirement community offering the full spectrum of senior living options including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Health Care and Dementia Care.
