my passion about my job is the residents yeah I love the residents and I can't describe it any more than that one of the top five reasons I took this job was the stories there's nothing better at the end of the day than to sit with residents chat with them about their life experience I mean their wealth of knowledge and the ideas and the things they've been through and those experiences they share with us it's about relationships it's about getting to know them day in and day out and that's what I love about this job when people are first interested in first come to our community and decide to move into our community we actually have welcoming committees that are comprised of residents who have been here a long time who take it on their own shoulders to welcome new people to the community to introduce them to all the activities to introduce them to the dining experience show them their loves and passions about the community and invite them to be a part of it so that in itself continues to foster the family culture and the resident experience my vision for the terraces I think it's twofold want to be the best at everything we do and to to be the place where every resident when they come here it's something that never experienced before and continues to evolve you
