Poplar Grove Assisted Living is a 16 bed facility located in the heart of Glenns Ferry, Idaho. It is under the same ownership as Stonebridge Assisted Living located in Hagerman and Wendell Idaho.

Poplar Grove is the only assisted living located in the area so we are well known throughout the community. We go out of our way to support the community in their different events. This also allows us the opportunity to get our residents out to enjoy what Glenns Ferry has to offer. There are many of nights during the summer where you will find us transporting the entire facility to the Glenns Ferry Historic Opera Theatre to enjoying a play or going out on our monthly lunch outing to one of the local favorites.

We provide assisted living, respite care, day care, as well as in-home assistance. We provide 3 meals a day along with snacks and activities.

Stonebridge/ Poplar Grove Assisted Living is for seniors who wish to maintain their independence yet require help from time to time in some way in their daily living.
