Wellspring Meadows offers assisted living at our beautiful Hayden campus. We have 32 beds across two buildings and offer round-the-clock care and assistance for our residents. Our in-house chef and cooking staff offer delicious home-cooked meals every day, and we have our own transportation to help residents get wherever they need to go.

Our facility features couples' suites, private rooms, and semi-private rooms, each with private baths and emergency pull cords to enhance resident safety. Both of our 7,000-square foot homes have 16 beds, for a total of 32 beds. Our facility also provides in-house beauty services.
We encourage our residents to invite their families to visit. Spend quality time with your loved one in our spacious living rooms next to a crackling fire or enjoy a warm meal together.

Our assisted living facility also doubles as an adult day care option. If you are a primary caregiver who needs a little help every once in a while, your loved one can spend the day with us while you take care of other errands or enjoy some time to yourself.

When you need to run errands or enjoy some time to yourself, we offer supervised adult day care services with how highly trained staff. This service is open 7 days a week and even on Holiday’s. All you must do is drop your loved one off at our facility and we take care of the rest! Activities that will occur throughout their stay consists of socialization with other residents, home cooked meals and more.

We always have a substantial team on-site to ensure that we’re able to adequately care for our residents. We have a full-time registered nurse on-site at all times, as well as an activities director to keep things fun and interesting.
