Caring Hearts Assisted Living

Caring Hearts Assisted Living is a terrific assisted living community in Pocatello, Idaho. It is within pleasing Bannock County which is part of the Gem State.

Here at Caring Hearts on the Hill Assisted Living we have combined the comfort of home with a high quality of care and services. Our facility was built with our aging loved ones in mind. With a mixed array of suites available, residents can choose their preferred living arrangements. We have furnished and unfurnished, private or shared suites. To ensure each of our residents receives personal care, we only house 16 residents per building. This allows us to provide necessary one-on-one attention to each of our residents, and help them with anything they need. We love having visitors and volunteers, and so do the residents.

Caring Hearts on the Hill is licensed, bonded, and insured. All of our staff and caregivers are extremely understanding, skilled, and experienced in caring for the elderly. It is our goal to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness of our clients, and that is exactly what we do - every day.

We are equipped to handle most types of patients and the care they need. As our loved ones age, and their need for around-the-clock care rises, we specialize in giving peace of mind to all involved. Come and tour our facilities to get an idea of just how welcome you and your loved ones will feel.

At Caring Hearts on the Hill, we do much more than just provide a home for you to live in. We care for and work with residents who need help with Memory Care, Diabetes, Oxygen, Special Diets, Incontinence, and other situations. We foster an environment of openness and transparency, and by doing so we hope you feel comfortable asking our staff any questions you may have about the levels of care we provide.

• 24 hour care: Your loved ones will have the service of our experienced staff available to them around the clock.
• Nurse on staff: Included in our staff are skilled Nurses. They are dedicated to the overall well-being of our clients.
• Assistance with Daily living: We care for all types of needs including: Memory Care, Special Diets, Diabetes, Oxygen, Incontinence and more.
• Daily Housekeeping: We provide a clean and healthy environment for our residents to live in, with daily housekeeping.
• Respite Care: Our staff will attend to your loved ones every need, from personal care to medication assistance.

One thing that doesn't change in life is the desire to live independently. We strive to meet the everyday needs of our residents with dignity and love. We aim to ensure they keep their independence, and live life at their own pace.
