Luther Park at Sandpoint is located in the city of Sandpoint, Idaho, a place named “The Best Small Town in the West” by Sunset Magazine and the “Next Great Place” by USA Today. Sandpoint represents all that North Idaho has to offer. Sandpoint features a laid back community style with plenty of indoor and outdoor adventures ranging from art galleries to boating. Situated on the shores of glistening Lake Pend Oreille (pronounced “Pon-da-ray”) with the Selkirk Mountains and Schweitzer Mountain Resort as a back drop, the area offers something for everyone.

Assisted Living Residences

• Our 60 apartments on three floors offer a diverse mix of 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 571 square feet to 967 square feet. All floors are accessible by either the central elevator or the stairs.
• Each residence features a full kitchen including a range, refrigerator and dishwasher; living room; bedroom; private bath with a shower unit; washer and dryer; ample closet space; telephone hook-ups; and a 24-hour response system. Both the D and F floor plans offer a master bathroom, as well as a guest ½ bathroom. The F floor plan features a private balcony or patio off of the living room.
• Select your residence, bring your own furnishings, decorate in your style, and choose to cook in your own kitchen or come to the Dining Room for meals. Your home means your choices.

Our Memory Care offers a comfortable, private setting designed to feel like ‘home’ while at the same time providing each resident with personalized care, a secure environment with controlled access, which allows our residents to live as independently as possible. Our Memory Care neighborhood features inviting and spacious dining and living rooms, as well as private lounges for more intimate gatherings.A fenced courtyard gives residents freedom to be outside when the weather cooperates. All Memory Care suites include a kitchenette, private bathroom and an emergency response systems.
