WoodRidge is a spacious single story building with individual apartments. There are no stairs to climb or ramps to maneuver. There are many open common areas conducive to socializing with other residents.
With a choice of a spacious studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartments, all of our apartments are designed to feel like home. Features include a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, a private full bathroom designed with safety as a priority, two large closets with plenty of storage space, decorative window treatments and lighting, as well as wall to wall carpeting. Heat and air conditioning is controlled individual by the apartment resident. Numerous parking spaces are conveniently located near the apartments for residents who drive, as well as for their visitors.
One of the greatest advantages of supportive living is the security of knowing that assistance is only a moment away. All of the apartments are equipped with emergency response systems, which are readily accessible from two places within each apartment. Safety checks are made daily by our staff for additional security.
Our medical services are tailored to meet each resident’s needs. A comprehensive medical evaluation is completed quarterly to determine how our staff can best meet your needs.
WoodRidge provides lots of fun and exciting activities that our residents can join if they wish. There are daily activities both inside and outside of our community.
All activities are designed to encourage socialization and stimulation both physically and mentally. Outings outside of WoodRidge consists of casinos, parks, town events, etc. The daily activities and special events offer something for everyone’s tastes and hobbies.
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned weekly. If you need some cleaning assistance throughout the week, we will be happy to assist you.
Laundry service is provided as well. All resident’s laundry laundered by our staff is done individually to prevent losses. If you enjoy doing your own laundry, you are welcome to use the resident laundry room with complimentary detergent. Ironing boards and irons are also available.
