Our Independent Living apartments offer residents the opportunity to live within the context of an active retirement community, keep their sense of independence without being isolated, and have many on-site health services on hand, if future care needs arise. Our independent residents have full access to all of Waterford Estate's wonderful amenities and on-site features. For those residents that prefer a small amount of health care service needs, but do not need full Assisted Living services, we encourage to explore our Independent Plus services.
Each of our studio, one or two bedroom apartments has been thoughtfully designed for easy furniture placement and convenience. Our apartments include:
