Sunrise of Naperville, located west of Chicago in Illinois, enjoys close access to the beautiful Riverwalk, a 1.75-mile brick path along the DuPage River. Our campus features two buildings located in close proximity to one another, both proudly offering a variety of senior care options, including assisted living , memory care for residents living with memory loss, short-term stays, and coordination of hospice care , so residents can age in place without the worry of needing to relocate as care needs change.
Our lovely community is tucked into a residential neighborhood in the Naperville Historic District. Located next door to a neighborhood park with a playground for kids, our building is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and gardens.
Inside our community, our experienced team of caregivers provide round-the-clock care, and every resident receives a personalized plan of services based on their needs and preferences. We offer myriad programs to enhance our residents’ lives, including music therapy and pet therapy. At Sunrise of Naperville, we have the ability to assist higher acuity residents and have a 24-hour nurse on staff.
Like all Sunrise communities, we are known for our excellence in dining . Our residents particularly enjoy when our chef prepares Rueben sandwiches, and all meals feature seasonal, fresh ingredients.
At Sunrise of Naperville, IL, residents know the value of a good meal. And our senior dining team knows that meals are central to social time around the table at our community! Our oven-fried chicken and breaded catfish are the house favorites and most highly requested dishes, by far.
Our Dining team aims to keep our residents’ dining experience fun and creative. Each month, they enjoy what we call “Pastabilities,” where our Dining team and executive director sauté a variety of pastas and sauces with fresh veggies and chicken and sausage to order in the community bistro – everybody loves making up their own dish with endless possibilities. And our residents enjoy special menus during holidays to make these occasions extra celebratory!
We understand that each resident’s tastes are different and take food preferences seriously. Our residents voice their opinions and special requests at our monthly food council meeting, where our dining team takes notes to adjust the menu for the month ahead.
Our activities program is a highlight of our community; in the summer we attend the local “Concerts in Your Park“ series. Our residents also enjoy attending church services from Saint Margaret Mary Parish, Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Grace United Methodist Church, and Calvary Church, art classes, music programs, and intergenerational programs such as our visits with the children from Highland Elementary school.
