CrownPointe Communities owns and operates seven assisted living campuses (six in Indiana and one in Michigan); along with senior condominium campuses in Anderson, Yorktown, Muncie and Union City, Indiana. CrownPointe is also the manager of Hartford Place Apartments, which provides affordable, income-based housing for seniors.
The owners of CrownPointe Communities have been operating senior campuses since 1989. Our focus is to provide a continuum of care within the campus atmosphere that will provide both independent and assisted living for our residents. Many of our campuses are now Licensed Residential Care Facilities that can offer daily meals, non-skilled nursing services, assistance with bathing and medication management.
Additionally, CrownPointe Communities and its managing partner, Heritage Medical Group are locally owned and operated with over 27 years of experience in healthcare management.

Our campus is conveniently located next to the new, state-of-the art Witham Hospital and Medical Complex including the YMCA.
