The healing, happiness, and comfort of our residents are our primary concerns. Everything we do is focused on meeting the health goals of each person in our care. We believe in the value of specialized care to heal body, mind, and spirit.
Everything we do is focused on meeting the physical, nutritional, and overall health of each resident in our care. We aspire to do this with integrity, trust, respect, compassion, and clinical excellence.
We know each resident’s needs are not one-size-fits-all. Each resident who comes to us may be in a similar time of life; however, every person’s situation is unique, which is why we offer a variety of services in our living options.
Our independent senior living is designed for seniors 55 and older and offers independent living options in our private garden homes. Residents are seniors who do not require assistance with daily activities but may benefit from the convenient services, senior-friendly surroundings, and increased social opportunities that our independent living service offers. Our independent living service is also popular among “snowbird” seniors who wish to downsize or travel freely without the burden of managing a home.
Assisted living offers the freedom of independence and privacy of one’s own apartment with the extra support of our caring staff. Assisted living care is designed to provide assistance with basic ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, housekeeping, laundry as well as medication assistance and/or reminders. Assisted living communities differ from skilled nursing facilities in that they don’t offer skilled medical services.
Our residents are able to receive home health services while residing at our community. After an illness, injury, hospitalization or nursing home rehabilitation stay, home health care makes it possible for our residents to recover here in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
Hospice services are available to residents who are facing life-threatening disease, cannot benefit from curative treatments, and have a life expectancy of less than six months if the illness follows its normal course. The focus of care in hospice is symptom management, comfort, and the resolution end-of-life issues. Hospice services include: Medicaid nursing care, personal care, homemaker services, social work services, grief and other counseling services, volunteer assistance, spiritual care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and a registered dietician.
We respect and honor our residents as individuals. Our resident-centered focus puts each individual at the forefront of their care plan. This way our team can supply the level of care needed to meet the physical, spiritual, social, emotional and intellectual needs of each of our residents. Our services and amenities help our residents achieve their highest quality of life in a comforting, caring home.
