The Stilley House Memory Care community is designed with 17 new state-of-the-art apartments with your loved ones in mind. In-depth research went into developing the Memory Care Community and it has been tailored to be a secure and loving environment for those with all forms of dementia. Our professional staff has been trained and certificated by the Alzheimer’s Association in the person-centered approach to memory care program. This method was chosen because they are the leaders in research, development, and understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The living environment is designed to be safe, effective and essential for your loved one’s health and wellness. We strive to give them every opportunity to live an exceptional life so we focus on activities that are not just enjoyable but also help with their Memory Care. We believe “if you don’t use it, you lose it.”
The community offers a tranquility room specially designed to help with sundowners and agitation. A large courtyard with a screened in porch, salon, and state-of-the-art activity/living room. Every apartment has the latest technology offered by the dementia leader, Vigil. Vigil is a special technology system that offers motion and door sensors tailored through computer programming to alert our staff of differing behavior patterns not routine of your loved one. With this system, we are always aware and there to help your loved one’s best interest.
