However, fears regarding one’s well being and safety can force us and our family to make difficult choices about our future, especially when our health is beginning to decline.

Following an injury or illness, our short stay care residents will receive the support they need to get back to their life as quickly as possible and we keep this goal in mind at all times. Following physician orders, our staff will provide medical and care services to people healing and recovering from most post-hospitalization and outpatient conditions including but not limited to:

• Memory Care
• Nursing care after Joint replacement or lower-extremity joint replacement surgery.
• Personal care and nursing facility for Orthopedic injuries and other surgeries and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Personal Care and Assistance for Stroke Patients and other neurological conditions.
• Personal care and nursing facility care for Cardiac-related problems.
• Pulmonary conditions.
• Diabetes and blood sugar management.
• Wound care.
• Intermediate Care recovery and personal care for post Oncology healing.
• Specialized Alzheimer's care with safe 24 hour secure facility.
• Assisted/Senior Living services.

The Personal Care admission option is reserved for those residents who need an extra hand with tasks in their daily lives. We provide medication management, preparation of all meals, housekeeping, activities and nursing services. All 24 of our Personal Care rooms are large private rooms with a shared bathroom. We do offer rooms with a private bathroom as well, depending on availability. Again, this option is ideal for those who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living

The Intermediate Care is designed for those residents who are in need of total care. Most Intermediate Care residents require a more hands on approach from our nursing team which include, assistance dressing, eating, toileting and help with mobility. As with Personal Care, medication management, preparation of all meals, housekeeping, activities and nursing services are also provided. We offer 6 Intermediate Care rooms that are semi private and 6 rooms that are private with a shared bathroom. Private rooms with a private bathroom can also be offered depending on availability.

Memory care is a distinct form of long-term skilled nursing that specifically caters to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and those who are living with cognitive challenges. The Memory Care program is perfect for seniors who experience memory loss and are in need of everyday care.
