Brooks Place is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation offering assisted living and independent living homes. We have 44 apartments and 64 cottages, all situated on 16 acres of land that was donated by the Brooks Family for this purpose.
We have studio, one, and two bedroom apartments with many floor plans to choose from. All come with utilities included (electric, water cable, Wi-Fi, and phone), individually controlled thermostats, 24 hour staffing, emergency pendants, patio/grilling area, housekeeping, transportation, exercise room, solon, daily activities, private dining room, daily meal special and full menu available 7 days a week.

When the cottage is no longer needed, the cottage is sold back to Brooks Place and our residents have priority move-in options when assisted living becomes necessary.
