Her background is in acute care, near rehabilitation, home care and she has specialized in dementia care. Her assistant manager Robin Phipps has been dedicated to La Casa for over 18 years and has been coined "the dementia whisperer" by her peers. Robin is gifted with patience, compassion and a keep ability to connect with even the most challenging residents .
