Jacob’s Well is a two story facility licensed for 51 residents, offering both private and semi-private rooms. There are spacious indoor gathering and dining areas as well as scenic outdoor porches and walking paths.

Advanced needs are accomodated for our wheelchair and bed bound residents. For our seniors who have reached the end-of-life stage, hospice care is available in peaceful, private rooms.
Jacob's well Assisted Living is committed to providing quality care to all residents. Our facility is licensed for Care Levels 1, 2, and 3. Hospice and “Advanced Needs“ care is also available and provided by our highly trained staff.
