Our objective is to provide excellent, quality care in a nurturing environment for a reasonable price. Our program is All-Inclusive, which means you pay one monthly fee for all of our services and amenities. You can feel confident that you will be supported in all aspects of daily life.

Our skilled and knowledgeable employees prepare three healthy, flavorful meals and two snacks a day. They also work closely with our registered dietitians to accommodate residents with a variety of dietary modifications, from low sugar to no salt-added diets. All meals are served in our lovely dining room.
All of our residents at Autumn Meadows enjoy exceptional care and accommodations at highly competitive and affordable rates. Our all-inclusive packages includes, but is not limited to the following:
- All spacious, private rooms
- Fully furnished at no additional cost
- You can also provide your own furniture if you prefer to do so.
- Large walk-in showers with safety features to decrease fall risk or full baths
- Spacious common areas including living room, library, and TV room
- Emergency call buttons in every room
- Three home cooked meals served each day, coordinated by a registered dietitian
- Physician prescribed therapeutic diets
- Scrumptious snacks served throughout the day
- Individualized care plans followed by our specially trained staff
- Daily Housekeeping and weekly laundry services (or as needed)
- A diverse recreational and educational activities program

- Licensed professional medication technicians, along with our Registered Nurse, provide individually tailored health care service plans.
- All Private Rooms
- Housekeeping and personal laundry done on a daily basis.

- Three Mouthwatering Home-Cooked meals plus scrumptious snacks.
- Physician prescribed therapeutic diets.
- Emergency call system in each room.

- Rehabilitation therapies (upon request): physical, occupational and speech.
- Wound care and restorative treatments (available upon request).

The medical needs of our residents is a top priority at Autumn Meadows. Each resident has an individual, tailored health care service plan developed specifically for them by our licensed, Medication Technicians along with our Registered Nurse. This plan includes but is not limited to the following:
