Autumn Meadows Senior Assisted Living is a not-for-profit organization, and as such, our fees tend to be lower than other comparable assisted living facilities in the area. Our objective is to provide excellent, quality care in a nurturing environment for a reasonable price. Our program is All-Inclusive, which means you pay one monthly fee for all of our services and amenities. You can feel confident that you will be supported in all aspects of daily life. Our residents never have to worry that needing a little extra help will mean extra fees and charges.
The medical needs of our residents is a top priority at Autumn Meadows. Each resident has an individual, tailored health care service plan developed specifically for them by our licensed, Medication Technicians along with our Registered Nurse. This plan includes but is not limited to the following:

Our skilled and knowledgeable employees prepare three healthy, flavorful meals and two snacks a day. They also work closely with our registered dietitians to accommodate residents with a variety of dietary modifications, from low sugar to no salt-added diets. All meals are served in our lovely dining room.
