Atrium Village is proud to offer a full continuum of care. Residents are able to age-in-place with familiar faces and friends as they take advantage of our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. Active seniors looking to be free from household chores and maintenance can find support in Independent Living. If a resident needs a little more assistance with daily personal care or medication, our friendly, competent staff are here to help. In Memory Care, our residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's receive compassionate care in an adapted environment that allows them to live safe and comfortable with programming tailored to their individual needs. Our residents and their families can be confident that as needs change, our staff will find the right balance of independence and assistance to help each resident live well.

Connecting with Our Community

We love to celebrate the role seniors can play in a vibrant community. We actively invite guests and families into our community to enjoy events and family nights with our residents. We have live music, guest speakers, and often host local senior centers. Our community goes on outings to nearby attractions such as the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Baltimore Harbor, and local museums. In our community each day is an adventure!

Our residents get to live carefree in our upscale community, always able to choose the course of their day. Whether they decide to share laughs over lunch with friends in our caf , take on a project in the art center, or enjoy a favorite film in our movie theater, each day can bring something new. We also have a billiards room, fitness equipment, and a well-stocked library. When our residents want to relax at home, they escape into a comfortable, well-appointed apartment home. We have multiple layouts available and our residents love personalizing their spaces with bright d cor, keepsakes, and treasured photos.

We do everything we can to make sure our residents live a bright, fulfilling senior lifestyle. We provide emergency call systems and 24-hour staff to ensure our residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes. We have an accessible transportation service that offers rides and assistance to medical visits and other necessary appointments. Our community also offers on-site storage for our residents, giving them easy access to seasonal and occasional use items.

Activities

We build our programming around our residents’ needs and interests to help them find bright moments in every day. Our activity coordinators always have an eye on creating purpose in our residents’ lives through community involvement and self-improvement.

Elevated Programming

Each day brings a new adventure in our community. We provide structured exercise with walking clubs, chair exercises, and Zumba fitness. Residents can task their grey matter in Brain Health University, listen to health podcasts, or enjoy religious studies. Our community often takes outings into the community for lunches at local eateries and live events and concerts. There is always something new to discover in our vibrant community.

The Village Voices

Atrium Village may be best known to local families and seniors for its dementia-inclusive choir The Village Voices. This choir brings together residents from all three lneighborhoods, and is a perfect fit for dementia residents that love singing the familiar songs from days gone by. The Village Voices have performed at local festivals including Artscape and they recently sang The National Anthem at Baltimore Orioles game. This program highlights the integrative and innovative nature of the programs available in our community and we love that our halls often filled with joyous music for all of our residents and staff to enjoy.
