LEVEL 1 - LOW LEVEL
Able to walk independently, but needs medication management and reminders to safely perform activities of daily living (ADL)*
LEVEL 2 - MODERATE LEVEL
Able to walk with assistance or supervision, but requires assistance with some ADLs.
LEVEL 3 - HIGH LEVEL
Unable to walk and requires more than one caregiver to assist in ADLs
Our services are designed to take into consideration personal taste, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions
