Angels Heart Assisted Living Home, LLC founders are two Registered Nurses, who between them have 23 years of nursing experience in long-term care and acute care settings.
Lailanie Carlos graduated from the Philippines with Bachelors of Science in Nursing and completed Masters in Healthcare Administration at Bellevue University, Nebraska, USA. She’s been working in nursing management for over 15 years.
Jeresel Rosario also graduated from the Philippines with Bachelor of Science in Nursing, completed her certification as Director of Nursing in the USA. She has worked in Nursing Administration in multiple capacities for more than 15 years.
Both are hardworking and dedicated and are committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents and support to our professional workers and caregivers.

Angels Heart Assisted Living Home, LLC provides professional nursing services to senior adults who have temporary or periodic difficulties with one or more essential activities of daily living (ADL) such as feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing or transferring. The personal care services include housekeeping and meal preparation.
Angels Heart Assisted Living Home, LLC has an open floor plan with very spacious living and dining areas with upgraded kitchen. The rooms and home decorations will definitely please clients. Staff is fully trained by a registered nurse and management focus will be service oriented.
