Woodlands Senior Living of Farmington was newly developed in 2017, quickly followed by phase two in 2018 to serve the growing need for exceptional senior care in Franklin County. Our Farmington location offers a continuum of options through separate and distinctive living and memory care communities and independent living private retirement apartments at Park Residences.

Our Farmington memory care community is the first and only purpose-built senior living community in Franklin County designed exclusively to address the unique needs of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments. A secured and comforting environment for living, it has been thoughtfully developed to incorporate the most successful concepts in memory loss care.

Our assisted living community offers seniors who may require assistance with activities of daily living a gracious and comfortable setting where they can receive supportive services and lifestyle opportunities.

Park Residences, our private retirement apartments, give seniors the opportunity to live independently while having the option to take advantage of assisted living services if they choose. At Park Residences, everyone enjoys a basic package of services including restaurant-style dining, housekeeping and scheduled transportation, and health and wellness programs. Additional services are available à la carte or as a package.

Basic nursing services including general health monitoring, simple wound dressing, insulin injections, etc. We are licensed as a residential care facility and therefore are not able to offer skilled nursing services such as intravenous therapy, daily injections (other than insulin), 24-hour nursing assessment, etc.
