Forest View is located in a serene, wooded area and a 24-hour secured facility. Our residents and their families prefer our facility due to its natural surroundings, simple layout and “just a right size” to make it a second home.

We offer several options for each resident with a goal to make them feel welcome, comfortable, safe, and at home. Deluxe and Premium apartments can be configured with single or double occupancy.

Our trained caregivers provide attention and assistance with medication support, bathing, dressing, and other tasks throughout the day. Our staff will also coordinate services with outside healthcare providers and monitor residents to ensure they are healthy. You maintain peace of mind knowing that your loved one is getting the care they need while enjoying the quality of life they’ve earned.

Our services include:

• Personal evaluation and service plan developed by our Care Coordinator.
• Every minute of every hour of every day, we have staff in our building ready to assist you. Nurse on-site/24-hours on-call.
• Have peace of mind knowing that one of our staff members will check in with you daily.
• All utilities including basic cable are included, so there’s only ever one bill to remember. Total cost depends on personalized care level / plan and select apartment.
• Should you need additional care or therapy services, we’ll help coordinate for you.
• Stay on top of your health by meeting with our in-house physician weekly.
• Diabetic monitoring and administration of insulin injections.
• Safety pull cords are conveniently located throughout each apartment.
• Assistance with dispensing oral, ophthalmic, and topical medications available.

At Forest View meals are a part of the package! We provide three delicious and nutritious restaurant style meals to encourage socialization. It’s all about enjoying great, nutritious food in the company of wonderful people!

• Twin bed, nightstand, dresser, chair, towels, and bed linens (resident may provide own)
• Individual heating and cooling units in each studio
• Large closet for storage
• Private bathroom with stand-up shower
• All utilities including basic cable are included (phone is available, if you choose)
• Daily light housekeeping and a weekly deep clean
• Weekly laundry and linen services
