Pleasant Lake Lodge Assisted Living and Enchanted Acres Adult Foster Care Home are two 20 bed facilities located just outside of Cadillac, Michigan. Both homes are surrounded by state land filled with an abundance of wildlife. Walking trails are available and are great to enjoy on a warm sunny day or even a great snow-covered Northern Michigan day!
Pleasant Lake Lodge Assisted Living is a newly renovated 5,000 square foot facility.
The interior of the facility was completely removed and new interior was rebuilt to accomodate twenty adult foster care residents. All new windows were installed, new heating system, sky lighting, all new handicap accessible bathrooms and large barrier free hallways, state of the art security system through ADT.
Enchanted Acres Adult Foster Care Home is a brand new facility as of July 2011. This home is roughly 7,000 square feet housing 20 residents. Similiar to Pleasant Lake Lodge this home boasts amazing vaulted ceilings, activity room, and an abundance of space for the residents.
We assist and encourage social interaction skills, personal hygiene, personal adjustment skills, and public safety skills as well as much more to help each individual with comfortable living. Planned social events are provided; bingo, movie nights, Wii and many more. We often take the residents out to eat, which is greatly enjoyed!
