Our community is composed of independent senior one bedroom apartments, and state licensed assisted living and memory care apartments. Pioneer Golden Estates has sidewalks engulfing the entire landscaped building, a courtyard, pavilion and many other family oriented areas to roam. There are community rooms, activity rooms, spacious elegant living and dining rooms, a library and a beauty shop.
Independent units have their own kitchen appliances and all apartments have their own bathroom/shower room. Residents have access to a laundry room, or they can have their laundry done upon request. Independent units include housekeeping twice a month as part of their rent. They also are welcome to participate in any community activities, and can design their own meal plan to meet their needs.
Assisted Living and Memory Care residents are encouraged to bring items from home to “customize” their experience. If a resident needs a bed, dresser, or chair, one will be provided to them at no expense. Care packages for assisted living and memory care include housekeeping, activities, and personal care can be tiered to meet everyone’s needs.
