Our two homes have been built in the heart of Coldwater behind the Community Health Center of Branch County. This provides convenient access to physicians and emergency services. Many other services are close by such as, churches, library, restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and the Branch County Senior Services Center.
We have one home, Drews Place of Coldwater I, dedicated to serve memory loss residents. We provide a safe and secure environment with personalized care. We provide daily activities. We offer all private units with private baths.
Drews Place of Coldwater II provides personalized care while fostering independence for each resident. We offer private studio and 1 bedroom units, all with private baths. An active lifestyle is encouraged in this home by offering many choices of activities on a daily basis.
We know that aging is a natural process and as people progress through life, needs may change. We have an intimate understanding of these changes and want to be a “helping hand“ whenever we can.

The Drews Place Difference: We choose to stay small. Our homes are designed for only twenty residents. We want the experience to be intimate and for our residents to receive a lot of individual attention.
Our “Resident Aides“ are cross-trained to perform all functions related to the resident's care. This includes cooking, cleaning, laundry, and managing personal care. Residents can rely on the staff for anything they need. This helps to foster an extended family enviroment and cultivates personal relationships between the staff and residents.
We create strong partnerships with our families and communicate with them on an on-going basis. Our Life Enrichment Coordinators are key players on our staff. They provide activities that keep the residents connected to the community. We also seek to find activities that promote a sense of self-worth and contribution to society. They facilitate activities that provide socialization, wellness, healthy competition, and laughs!
