As the first registered Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the state, Holland Home has grown into three welcoming campuses—Breton Woods, Raybrook and Fulton Manor—as well as dedicated rehabilitation and memory care facilities. Holland Home has also expanded its family of services, which today includes Faith Hospice and Atrio Home Care.

Holland Home is dedicated to improving the lives of those suffering from memory loss. With a specially trained team of compassionate and dedicated experts, we’re able to enhance the lives of those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s while ensuring their safety, health, comfort, and security.

All Holland Home employees go through specialized dementia training to improve the care and empathy they provide loved ones experiencing memory loss. One innovative method, called the Dementia Journey, uses virtual reality to mimic the confusion that comes with dementia. Using sound, vision, and sensory impairments, team members are asked to manage the daily tasks that the dementia patients go through in their everyday lives. This unique approach gives the caregiver a higher level of insight into the disease, empathy for what the patient is facing, and greater compassion in their care. 

For your health and convenience, Holland Home provides inpatient rehabilitation at all our communities, as well as at-home rehabilitation services through Atrio Home Care designed to help you achieve your rehab goals quickly so you can return to living the life you love. 

All Holland Home rehabilitation centers provide both short-term and long-term rehabilitation, with therapy services available seven days a week. We offer private rooms, lounges, patios, and amenities designed to enhance your comfort and recovery.

Our compassionate professionals can provide around-the-clock services if a higher level of medical care is needed.
