After a hospitalization, you may need some additional time to recover and get stronger. Advantage Living Centers offer Transitional Care designed to support you in your extended recovery to help you regain your independence with a goal of safely discharging home. 

Our therapy teams specialize in getting you well. On site, 7 day per week therapists help each resident reach his or her goals. State of the art medical equipment and programs will give you confidence in your treatment plan as we work together to plan what is needed for a safe discharge. Our advanced pain relief methods provide top-quality care and comfort as you go through the process.  

We have developed a social, active community where seniors not only live, but thrive. Families and seniors looking to find extra care with a sense of  independence will appreciate our wide variety of social, health and wellness opportunities provided by our caring life enrichment department. Our memory care program, with specially trained staff, enrich our seniors minds every day with engaging activities in a structured environment.
