Spirit Valley Assisted Living is located in the western part of Duluth, MN, and is conveniently located close to shopping, churches, our local public library, bus line, restaurants, clinics and a senior center. Our two cozy facilities are both home to 10 private efficiency apartments, each with their own private bathrooms.

Spirit Valley Assisted Living features two live-in facilities, each with 10 private apartments designed for safe and easy access, without sacrificing privacy and independence. These apartments provide a comfortable space for residents to make their own, with all the amenities of home, including:

- All utilities are included (except phone)

Spirit Valley Assisted Living provides the best in professional senior services in a facility that was built to provide the special personal care for the needs of older adults in our community.
Our services include:
- Professional staff (Registered Nurse, LPN, CMAs & CNAs, PCAs)
- Laundry and cleaning
- Resident Care Plans monitored by an RN
- Suite maintenance
- High staff-to-resident ratio adjusted as needed to meet higher levels of care.
- Personalized care including medication set up.
- Three home cooked meals and snacks daily.

We realize that needs and desire change, and will conduct assessments periodically to determine any new services that might be required. These changes will determine, on an individual basis, what charges will be appropriate.
Spirit Valley Assisted Living is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our residents, from their day-to-day activities to delivering essential health and wellness services to keep our residents happy and healthy. Our facility has partnered with local programs, including Essentia Health, to bring our residents convenient, on-site medical care and lab services, eliminating the need to to travel to and from medical facilities and offices for appointments.
