Our nursing home is divided into five households with 16-22 residents to each household. With 94 rooms total, we’re able to give each resident the individualized care they deserve. Our amenities and daily activities provide residents with familiar activities within a safe, secure environment. Licensed and certified staff members are on duty 24 hours a day to provide skilled and compassionate care.

Oak Hills Living Center Short Term Rehab offers 20 dedicated, private rooms for rehab residents. These individuals are typically here for a short period of time after a surgery or accident.
The goal of our Short Term Rehab is to come in and receive intense physical, occupational, or speech therapy, depending on the need so you can return to your home within 3 to 4 weeks.
Short Term Rehab is located in Deer Haven which has a beautiful atrium with trees and a sky light to bring in the sunlight. We have 20 large, private rooms with walk-in showers in 9 of those rooms.
Oak View Apartments is HUD subsidized housing with services. There are 16 one-bedroom apartments available for low-income elderly residents.
