Crystal Brook Senior Living is an "aging in place" housing model, also known as a hybrid senior lifestyle model, and specifically impacts the senior apartments and assisted living areas. This style of living allows residents to start living in senior apartments and add services as needed without having to move to a new area of the building. Aging in place brings many benefits to residents and their families. These benefits include convenience with minimal interruptions in making multiple moves, strong relationships and communication with caregivers, enhanced safety, comforts of own home and reduced costs.
The Lakes Independent and Assisted Living features 69 one and two bedroom apartments, with or without dens, ranging from 694 to 1258 square feet. All senior apartments include full laundry and kitchens.
Spend more time on what you enjoy and less on time-consuming tasks around the house.

It’s not unusual to need a little help with everyday tasks as we age. Assisted living communities combine independent living and help with tasks such as:
- bathing
- dressing
- housekeeping
- meals
- taking and managing medications
Assisted living gives you or your loved one peace of mind because:
- delicious, nutritious meals are served each day
- each resident has a personal emergency-call-system pendant
- nurses coordinate care with you or your loved one’s primary physician (and transportation to and from appointments)
- staff are on site 24 hours a day
- Residents in our assisted living communities are active and social. They enjoy a diverse schedule of activities and partake in as much or as little as they wish. Their days are theirs to design.
Our memory care community creates programs designed to meet the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals with dementia.
Memory Care is specially designed to provide services structured to meet the needs of persons living with dementia or other memory concerns. Memory care services are flexible, individualized and maximize our resident's independence, choice, privacy and dignity. We strive to honor the lives of our memory care residents as they live with memory loss. Our holistic approach is centered on optimizing the strengths of each individual.
