We have 24 living units, including four two-room suites, ranging in size from 221 to 442 square feet. Each unit has room for a bed, living area and kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. Each unit also has a half-bath with a sink and a toilet, larger suites have walk-in showers. Included in the monthly rent are:

Our weekly and monthly calendar offers many opportunities to keep busy. Group games, indoor activities and visiting groups help to entertain our tenants and provide a positive social atmosphere. Outdoor activities include fishing and boating, breakfast outings and van rides in the countryside. A good day of fishing on the pontoon means a delicious fish fry for supper! CentraCare – Washburne Court hosts many seasonal and community events and has a strong connection to area schools and church groups.
Our staff prides itself on providing superior service and personal care to each tenant. The beauty of the assisted living concept is each tenant receives the appropriate amount of assistance needed to maximize his or her independence.
