Evergreen Place is an outstanding assisted living community in Pine Island, Minnesota. It is within bright and cheery Goodhue County which is part of the North Star State.
Evergreen Place, a part of Pine Haven community, began service in 1995. Evergreen Place is a Housing-with-Services establishment that offers both independent and assisted living apartments to those 55 and above. Services are provided by our own Comprehensive Home Care agency.
Evergreen Place employs an interdisciplinary team overseen by the Administrator. Evergreen Place has a full-time Director of Senior Housing to coordinate the various needs of the clients at Evergreen Place. The Registered Nurse (RN) oversees the care and services for the clients and is available on-call 24 hours a day. Home Health Aides are on-site to provide flexible, coordinated care to Evergreen Place clients. Awake staff are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day to respond to emergency and health needs of clients.
Our beautiful one bedroom apartments are thoughtfully designed with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, large windows and bright airy full kitchens.
The following services and amenities are included for the tenants of Independent Living Apartments, but additional services may be purchased to meet your needs through our home care agency:
