Monarch was created to change the way healthcare is delivered to an aging population in need. Our focus on Care and Customer Service has made our facilities the preferred short and long term care providers. Since acquiring our first facilities in 2015, Monarch has provided a full range of services for skilled nursing and assisted living communities in Minnesota. Based in Mankato, our staff combines their collective expertise in every area related to senior care, ensuring efficient operations.
From our compassionate, professional staff to customized assistance and wellness programs, you can rest assured that the individual needs of you or a loved one will always be met while staying at our facility. Our staff includes RNs and LPNs as well as PCAs. They provide residents assistance with bathing, dressing, daily hygiene, grooming, and other activities of daily living as well as any medication management that may be required by our residents.
We make every effort to encourage the maximum independence of our residents while still providing them with assistance when needed. Assisted Living features restaurant-style dining, a 24-hour emergency response system, medication management and assistance with activities of daily living. Residents are also offered housekeeping services, scheduled transportation to and from appointments, apartment maintenance, and a selection of social and recreational events. With all of these services, our residents relish in the luxury of a carefree lifestyle while also maintaining their independence in a safe environment.
