Colony Court provides skilled Memory Care services designed to meet the needs of a resident with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other types of memory problems. Our specialized staff trained in memory care provides safety and security, while compassionately meeting individual needs. Services can range from cues and/or reminders for ADL needs, dressing assistance, medication administration, feeding assistance, assistance using a medical device for mobility and/or transfers and much more.
We provide a superior level of care that meets the specific needs of residents with memory loss. A variety of services are available and vary, depending on which Service Package is selected.
Colony Court’s Care Suites can comfortably accommodate residents that are in need of a higher level of assisted living. This advanced care helps to bridge a gap between assisted living and nursing homes, allowing residents to continue living with a more home-like atmosphere while receiving advanced, total care.
Services can range from personal care, vital checks, well checks dressing assistance, feeding assistance, assisting using a medical device for mobility and/or transfers and much more.
