Brook Cherith Assisted Living is a wonderful assisted living community in Huntsville, Missouri. It is within graceful Randolph County which is part of the Show Me State.
The Brook Cherith offers quality care that respects privacy, maintains dignity, and encourages independence with as little or as much assistance needed. Our trained staff provides a clean, safe, and familiar environment so our tenants can relax and enjoy life. The Brook is not a facility, it is a home.
If personal space is or the company of a roommate is preferred, we have both options available with private and semi-private rooms. Units offer closets and half bathrooms. Cable TV is included. Additionally, pictures may be hung on the walls and the room may be decorated to feel just like home. New to The Brook are 2 suites with full baths, 9 private rooms with full baths, a living room with a fireplace, and a formal dining room. Outdoor seating and deck areas are open as well.
With an RN and an LPN on staff around the clock, effective and quality care is guaranteed. Additionally, a doctor visits onsite once a month as well as a psychiatrist every two months. PT and OT are offered onsite as needed. We offer a private room with proper equipment and space to facilitate these visits.
The following services are offered: daily housekeeping, laundry services, utilities/cable TV, designated smoking areas, transportation to doctor appointments, church services, 24-hour oversight, emergency call-light system, RN/LPN on staff, hospice care. Generally, we offer assistance with activities of daily living including mobility and transfer, dietary needs, bathing/personal hygiene, dressing/grooming, toileting, and medication administration.
The Brook provides 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. Our dietary manager prepares nutritionally balanced meals with a touch of home, including made-from-scratch bread and desserts. Residents have several choices of entrees, sides, and desserts to satisfy their taste! Families are encouraged to join their loved ones for a meal.
