Our residents enjoy meals together in our large dining room where they are able to socialize over breakfast, lunch, and dinner or where they come to visit with each other over coffee during the day. Depending on physical needs and preferences, we offer assisted dining and in-room options.

Our 14-bed assisted living center offers a friendly and caring team with personalized attention to the small details to make your stay most comfortable. From sunny resident rooms to tranquil common areas and lounges, and tasty dining services – we strive to make Lakeside Suites relaxing and enjoyable.

We have a range of rehabilitation therapy options available for our residents, including speech, occupational and physical therapy. We strive to provide the best quality of care with compassion and dignity to our residents who are elderly or medically challenged.

Each of our residents comes to us with very different and specific rehab needs. Our entire rehabilitation team is committed to creating individualized therapy programs that directly answer those specific needs. We encourage each resident to achieve their maximum potential for independence and ability.

Our nursing department provides excellent care combined with dignity for our residents. Professionally staffed around the clock, we give your loved one comfort and specialized care.

Our sub-acute care is for those residents who are medically fragile and require additional attention. We seek to maximize the quality of life for our sub-acute care population and offer them specialized restorative services. Our goal is to maintain or improve each resident’s highest functional ability.

When someone is suffering from the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need additional support and assistance. Our dedicated team of professionals offers the care needed to help each resident in each unique case.

A positive and uplifting atmosphere is vital to the success of healing, recovery, and rehabilitation. Lincoln Community Care Center employs outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities to fit the residents’ needs. We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and family are always welcome to visit and attend our special events.

The Lincoln Community Care Center is a non-profit organization and we passionately believe in providing quality care. Unlike corporate and family-owned nursing homes that absorb their profit off the top, we are able to put our profits right back into the nursing home and this allows us to provide more nursing staff, better food, and enhanced activities.
