A Residential Care Facility (RCF) which provides 24-hour accommodation, board, and care to up to twelve (12) residents who need or are provided with supervision of healthy nutritious diets, assistance in personal care, storage, distribution or administration of medications, supervision of health care under the direction of a licensed physician, and protective oversight, including care during short-term illness or recuperation. A resident with a walker for assistance is allowed or use of canes. Residents who live in an RCF are required to make a path to safety unassisted with one direction within state requirements
