Arrowhead will offer many services and amenities including medication management, home-cooked meals, and licensed health care services for our assisted living residents to help them live a life of dignity and independence.

Our skilled nursing wing will offer 24-hour skilled nursing care and be supervised by a licensed physician. Our professional nursing staff will work hand in hand with our Rehabilitation, Activities, Dietary and Social Services departments to orchestrate total care for each resident. Whether returning to independent living, assisted living, or nursing facility care, the Arrowhead rehabilitation team will strive to help residents reach their fullest potential.

In addition to our initial assisted living and skilled nursing wings, Arrowhead will also be building an Independent living residence in the future. Should the need arise, residents have first priority to Arrowhead’s assisted living or skilled nursing services without the struggle of moving off campus. These three services work together to provide residents with a continuum of care in one beautiful campus setting.
