Residential suites are equipped with their own thermostat and units have ample space for a convenient sitting area at Magnolia. Families are encouraged to decorate residents’ rooms with their existing furniture and décor as well as other personal belongings.
Nutritious meals, medication management, housekeeping and personal assistance are just a few of the many services we offer. Additionally, our professional staff is on-duty 24-hours a day to assist residents whenever needed.

Magnolia New Albany is a personal care home, which provides our residents with assistance with their activities of daily living (ADL’s). ADL’s include, but are not limited to, assistance with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, medication assistance, and laundry services. Our individual care plans allow Magnolia New Albany to custom tailor a plan to meet each of the unique needs of our residents. Some residents require little or no assistance with certain ADL’s, but may require full assistance with others. In addition, these needs most likely will change over time. Our all-inclusive rates allow families to not worry about additional costs fluctuating daily based on the care the resident needs.
Activities at Magnolia are coordinated and led by a full-time activity director. These activities are designed to provide residents a lot of fun and enjoyment.
When planning activities, we do keep in mind that some of those that are the most fun can also be very beneficial in terms of mind stimulation, emotional enrichment, and social interaction with others. Arts & crafts, board games, singing groups and bingo, a resident favorite, are just a few of the many daily activities to keep folks entertained at Magnolia. Events and activities are posted on the calendar to allow residents to choose what events they wish to participate in and then plan accordingly.
