PlainView offers private and semi-private suites. Each suite is equipped with a private handicap accessible bathroom and closet space. Each suite includes individually climate controlled heating and air conditioning units; grab bars, smoke alarms and emergency call lights. Families are encouraged to decorate the suites with existing furniture and personal belongings to provide a home away from home atmosphere. We have several common areas perfect for lounging with residents or visitors, including porches with patio furniture and rocking chairs.
Spacious Private Suites are equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning units and feature lots of storage space. Residents are encouraged to decorate their apartment with their own furniture and décor as well as other personal belongings to add a touch of home.
The services included in a resident’s monthly fee are 3 delicious balanced meals, medication management and housekeeping. We have a licensed dietician who carefully crafts menus based on the season and in accordance to the resident’s specific dietary needs. If for some reason a resident does not find interest in the meal for the day, our dietary staff is willing to prepare an alternative for them upon request.
In addition to our medication management service, our nursing staff monitors blood pressure, heart rates and blood sugars as requested by the resident. Our nursing staff also assists with ordering and refilling their medications as well as arranging doctor appointments. PlainView offers transportation to and from the doctor for the resident’s convenience and security.
In addition to the daily services provided, we offer a comprehensive social calendar with daily activities to stimulate both their body and mind. If there is ever an activity a resident would not like to participate in, we offer a wide variety of playing cards, board games and lots of movies to choose from. PlainView has a licensed beautician on site for all the residents’ salon services.
We are also pleased to provide onsite physical therapy services through Performance Rehab for our residents. Keeping fit is an important key to good health and wellness. This service provides residents convenient access to certified physical and occupational therapist as well as speech if needed. Performance Rehab host a weekly fitness class at each of our facilities to improve physical, mental and social health.
Nutritious meals, medication management, housekeeping and personal assistance are just a few of the many services we offer. Additionally, our professional staff is on-duty 24-hours a day to assist residents with activities of daily living.
