LifePointe Village at Southaven is a Faith-Based Community dedicated to the very best service in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care in the Southaven, MS and Memphis, TN area.

Assisted Living at LifePointe Village, a faith-based community, is designed for residents who may need socialization, meal preparation or just the companionship of others. We can also provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and supervision of medications. We provide you the help needed on a customized basis so that you can maintain your privacy, dignity and independence for as long as possible in the comfort of your own apartment.

In the Base Rate

• Three nutritious meals daily served in our elegant dining room
• 24-Hour Emergency Call-system
• Special diets, (low-sodium, diabetic) accommodated
• Snacks available 24 hours a day
• Trained caregivers CPR qualified on staff 24 hours per day
• Scheduled local transportation to doctors, banks, shopping, etc.
• Laundry and Linen service
• Weekly Housekeeping

In addition to the services included in the basic service plan, more intensive services are available at additional costs. Each resident is assessed on a regular basis to plan for any assistance that may be needed. These services include:

• Personal assistance with bathing -stand-by or full assist
• Personal assistance with dressing and grooming
• Personal escorts to meals and activities
• Personal assistance with dining
• Medication management
• Personal assistance with incontinence management
• Personal assistance with mobility

Alzheimer/Dementia Living at LifePointe Village, a faith-based community, is designed for residents who may need social, spiritual, recreational, and cultural programs all in a safe and secure environment. We can also provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.

Families and friends may just enjoy visiting with you in one of our lovely community areas found throughout the building and grounds. Our carefully selected and trained staff will also become part of your family as they are committed to giving you the warm, genuine and personalized care that you so richly deserve, all provided in a loving safe environment.

Living in LifePointe Village at Southaven is a return to community living at its best. Enjoy the camaraderie of good neighbors, learn a new hobby or just relax in our beautiful sitting areas. Social activities abound for those who just can’t get enough. Solitude is also available for those quiet times at home or in the peaceful common areas of the village set aside for outdoor enjoyment. Plan a picnic with friends or enjoy some of the many scheduled outings. On-site church services and related activities are available for the faithful as well as other scheduled activities.

Planned social events inviting family, friends and others interested in LifePointe Village are common and everyone living in the village is invited and encouraged to participate. Volunteer opportunities to serve in the community and through the church are also available. Special trips and travel opportunities are planned by the and Activities Director.

Go to the movies at the village theater room or relax in the common living room area with some welcomed conversation. Visit the village library for the latest best seller and check out books of your choice to enjoy back in the privacy of your own apartment. Barber and beauty shops are also available. LifePointe Village always encourages family visits. We consider this your home and as such you decide appropriate visiting hours. We also offer a guest room which families are able to rent if they would prefer private accommodations for an overnight visit.

LifePointe Village at Southaven is a private community yet visits to the village are welcomed from outside guests, family and the occasional wildlife.
