A Personalized Plan of Care will be designed by yourself, your family and our Registered nurse. Your personalized plan will be based on your needs and wants.
AvonLea Assisted Living has been carefully designed to provide the maximum benefit to residents in every aspect of their daily lives. Each of our residents is provided with trained staff 24 hours a day to assist with personal care, medication assistance, laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance services. All units have private baths (handicapped accessible) and kitchenettes complete with apartment size refrigerator/ freezer and microwave oven. Emergency call systems, smoke detectors, and sprinkler systems are standard in all units. We also have a beautician on site.
Our full time Activity Program Director leads a team of staff members and volunteers to organize Board Games, Book Clubs, Gardening, Group Outings, Spiritual Studies and much more. Keeping the Body, Mind and Soul as healthy as possible takes motivation and some loving encouragement. The AvonLea Team is here to do just that every day.
