MT Gems, Ruby and Sapphire house, was established in 2003. We are licensed for all levels of assisted care by the State of Montana, Category A B C, specializing in Dementia/Alzheimer's care. We have a warm, homey atmosphere, fresh baked snacks daily, 24/7 care, private and semi-private rooms, an emergency call button for each resident and delicious family-style dining. We are a small community comprised of 2 Victorian homes with a large private and secured yard with a covered and an uncovered deck space in between for all to enjoy.

Whether their needs are do to Dementia, aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our caregivers will provide an individualized service plan that you can trust.
Daily services include medication assistance, bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, meal & snack preparation, and supervision. We have daily activities for socializing.

The Ruby ans Sapphire are connected by an easily-accessible courtyard full of beautiful plants, trees, grass, birds and a bunny or two. We have porch swings, abundant benches and table areas at which to gather while visiting with their "neighbors."
Our outdoor space gives a sense of freedom while keeping residents safe from wandering.
Our large yard and deck provides space for outdoor parties, BBQ's, games and activities.
