Elliotte Manor is an assisted living community located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since 1958 our family owned business centered around Christian values and beliefs has provided senior living services, family care homes, adult day care and respite care for individuals in the Queen City. Situated in a rural area and surrounded by a lush landscape, Elliotte Manor’s atmosphere makes residents feel as if they are looking out onto their own backyard.
As the preferred assisted care community in the area we believe that a person centered care approach to service is integral to meeting each resident’s specific needs. At Elliotte Manor we see each person as an individual, and work together with the resident, their family members and our staff to develop personalized care. We are proud of our 6:2 resident to staff ratio that allows for individualized care that is far superior to that of a larger facility.
Our highly-trained and compassionate team provides our residents with the attention and 24-hour care they need and deserve. Quality services include table service dining, daily laundry and housekeeping, medication management and educational, social and recreational activities. Additionally, other specified services related to dietary restrictions, speech and physical therapy are also available. If you have a loved one who is not quite ready for the complete transition to a long term care facility then our respite care services may be just what you need in order to take that well needed break to recharge.
Our family care home is committed to providing a range of services for each resident’s unique physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs. At Elliotte Manor we understand that an individual’s needs may change during their stay, and in order to ensure a comfortable experience we offer a full continuum of services tailored to assure quality and compassionate senior care.
Our RN and team of trained CNAs provide assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Services in our state licensed senior living community are available at all levels, ranging from short term to extended stays which can require a full array of healthcare services.
Our residents and their well-being is of the utmost importance to us, and that is why at Elliotte Manor we believe that a person centered care approach to service sets us apart from other senior care homes. We not only consider each resident’s values and beliefs but also work with their families to develop the appropriate approach to cultivating a healthy living situation. Our compassionate team prides itself on its relationships with residents and our staff understands the importance of communication between the resident, family members and doctors.
We are proud to be state certified to administer medication not need intravenously 24 hours a day, and encourage primary and special care physicians to visit their patients at our facility. We develop personalized care based on the needs of the resident and always include them in any discussion about social activities, medication and comfort levels to ensure that an open line of communication is always available. Many of our patients have their own physical and occupational therapists come to them at Elliotte Manor and families o en arrange for their loved one’s own doctor to visit them for routine check-ups and for house calls.
At Elliotte Manor we know the importance of the three main levels of therapy – physical, mental, and spiritual – and implement them into activities of daily living in order to create an overall therapeutic experience for our seniors. With the support of our caring staff our residents feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the day and night, whether they are walking around our grounds, participating in light physical therapy, partaking in social events and church services, or enjoying a meal in our dining room. It is our devotion to our residents that makes Elliotte Manor a welcoming and understanding place for seniors to reside.
