Lynn’s Home at Sandy Forks is conveniently located not far from the 540 and 401/1 exchanges, lots of dining, shopping and outing activities are available and taken advantage of by both our residents and their loved ones and friends. This care home is a 2,000 spacious square feet which offers a new granite kitchen and multiple seating areas both in and outside of the home as well as lots of walking areas as well as a comfortable shaded side patio with lots of seating.
